The bank manager, at 2pm on the 7th of November, gave me very helpful information about the Wells Fargo App. She walked me through Zelle to send & receive money. This was So very helpful to me. Thank you! Great experiences always!!!

My team and I have been working with Wells Fargo since I began working with my current company. By reputation I have heard many negative comments about customer service and the amount of time it takes to complete a transaction. I have to agree, today 4/6/2017 I had a horrible experience with Nathan Martinez the Service Manager. In his defense he is well spoken and appears to be very confident in his team. This would a strength if their customers agreed with him. They are 0/6 over here. I can understand that we could of called a few more times to make a change order. But to ask a customer to come back because you can not admit that you may have missed multiple phone calls is unacceptable. Lying about your customers to save face is also an issue for children not service managers. I hope you learn from this experience and become better. For the time being you are failing Wells Fargo and your team. I was the only person in line lol. If your feelings were hurt for being laughed at don't act like a clown, be the example or find a job that allows you to put yourself before the customer.

I really hate coming here. They take forever. How hard is it to give 100$ in ones and 100$ in fives? Not sure why it takes 15-20 min. I would bring deposits for my boss and it was always a hassle. My boss would tell me to get change... I would do as told, but this location would always make a big deal about change orders being called in, even made me change lanes. I got scolded by the reps, and was given so much attitude, when I told them I was just an employee I was told to relay the scolding to my boss. I don't understand what is so difficult about getting change... I've never had so many multiple horrible experiences with a merchant specific bank. I can say this, I never have had these types of issues with Bank of America.

Managers lie on police reports if you aren't a business owner amd receive stolen checks.
