Have been a customer with R.V. for yrs, never an issue, however I never needed anything either. Wasted time and effort over almost 2 weeks, calling, messages, voice mail, and dealing with his "assistants".
I never had any contact with him or any call backs from people in the office. I was trying to get a quote for another home property I own, and if it was good enough, 2 more rental properties on top of that.
Oh well, I took my business elsewhere and canceled the policy he was supposed to be an agent for. Guess customer service doesn't matter once you get them signed up huh?
