Amazing hospital! Excellent care from the front desk to the nurses to the doctors!! Dr. Bradley has taken excellent care of my mothers cancer needs for many years now! He goes the extra mile and truly does give you peace of mind! Thank you Community Hospital for your compassion & healing spirit!!

I tried multiple times to schedule a mammogram, calling the number in the letter I received but my calls were never returned. I finally had to call my doctor to schedule it for me. Then I tried to set up the online registration and when I called for help, I got someone in Tennessee who only handles billing. I have like the medical personnel I've had contact with, I've had my mammograms done at San Angelo Community Medical Center for years and this is the first time I've had a problem with setting up the appointment. I don't know if something has changed in management but this was not a positive experience. I can only imagine what it must be like for someone new or an elderly person who call the contact number on the website and gets someone in Tennessee. The phone number is the only one on the website for Contact Us with no explanation that is the billing office.

Billing is horrible. Why don't they use one account per person because each time you get a statement it references a different account. Received invoice dated 07/19 for 38.96 with a due date of 08/02 they turned me over to the collection agency and I received a notice from them dated 07/27. I had already paid on 07/28. Community said it could take up to 10 days for my payment to be processed.

Been here twice for labor and delivery of our kids. The entire experience was amazing, until discharge. Plan 8 hours and another 2 after all paperwork is signed before you go anywhere.

This has to be one of the best hospitals I have seen in a long time. The nurses were all so kind and professional. Took such good care of my husband the whole time he was in the hospital. And the house keeping staff was always cleaning the rooms at least twice a day. The doctors were wonderful. Although my husband had to have heart bypass surgery. The rest of our overall experience was wonderful. Thank you all. It has been 4 weeks since our visit.
