I had a great experience here. The exams were prompt & thorough, especially with Dr. Brockbank, of course. Katie & Erick were very patient & helpful when I didn't know which frames would look flattering. Even though I couldn't walk out with my finished glasses that same day for insurance reasons (which was a stressor because I was driving out that evening to Memphis), it was arranged that I would receive them expedited to me in Tampa, & now I have. Katie even carefully fitted the frames to me before I left the store. I would drive across state lines to come to these friendly professionals again & can recommend them to anyone.

Great selection. Great staff. My glasses were ready after a few days, and they made all of the necessary adjustments on site once seeing how they fit on me.

I love this place the manger pays attention to detail and will call you and update you, we have been customers for 2 years already and feel good about this area in downtown .
