Went at rush hour and was happy with how quickly we were able to get a table despite the number of people waiting. Food was good but I like the food at the location on highland better. Quick service and friendly workers.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Worst service I’ve had in a restaurant ever. We came in around 2:30am and sat there for a good 20 minutes before we were even greeted. There was a girl sweeping around the host stand that didn’t even awknowledge us. Finally she came over and asked if we had been helped... obviously we hadn’t been helped yet. She sat us down and didn’t ask for our drinks or anything. Every table in the restaurant was dirty including the one she sat us at. There were only two other tables in there at the time and it took our waitress another 15 minutes to even get to us to ask our drinks. She took forever to bring them to us and we had been ready to order the whole time. We ordered our food and it took over an hour. We got our food around 4:45am. Looking back I’m not sure why we just didn’t leave but we were just so hungry. When she brought our food out she took it to the wrong table, and when we finally got it everything was ice cold and my French toast was rubbery like it had been sitting in the window forever. We are quickly and asked for our check which our server was also slow to give us. I’ve worked in many restaurants and know how important it is to tip, but that night I didn’t tip at all. On top of it all, there were many workers in there. Some just sitting talking and others doing side work not even trying to help the one server on the floor, not even trying to clean her dirty tables. I don’t know what these people were thinking, obviously they don’t know how to run a restaurant. Overall, this was definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Four friends and I went in last night and upon entering we noticed a wait. We proceeded to sit down until the very kind waitress began to lead us to a table. As we were being seated, what seemed like the manager yelled from across the room that this waitress should not seat us. We walked back to the waiting area despite the plethora of seating that was obviously available. The manager walked over and I told her that we were fine with having a booth, and also stated that only 4 of us were eating so there should be plenty of room for us. She rudely interrupted me and stated that the booths were for only FOUR people and that everyone needs a seat right? Right. We jumped up and left to do to Dee's where we were instantly seated by the best service I've had from a restaurant at one in the morning. I love IHOP and have been many times, but with the manager who obviously did not understand the concept of customer service, I would recommend NOT going to this location! The manager or whoever she was, needs a lesson. She lost four customers last night with her rude attitude and prompted me to write this review.

Terrible long wait though NOBODY was there except our party. Mediocre food as usual. No good atmosphere either. If you want comfort food, pick another place.

Food was mediocre, the spicy chicken sandwich is not spicy and has very little flavor. The salad I received was less than great and the first water they brought out for me when I asked for water with lemon had hair. I will give the waitress credit for getting me a new water. The cooks were blasting annoying music in the back. Overall this place is not what I expect from a restaraunt that is well known. We will not be coming to this location again.
