K bit of a story with this. I went in and actually had a relatively bad experience talking with the sales person. Within the day the owner of the company called me up directly to make the situation right and fully restore my confidence in them. I am still not sure if this will be the company we decide to work with. But it really speaks volumes that the owner went out of his way to make a negative situation into a positive one.
