First time here today. Read all the paperwork, watched 2 videos and did a physical, took 3 hours for me to complete everything! It only took me 39 mins to get a full bottle of plasma! The whole staff was great and on point!! I'll be back on Friday! I Highly recommend this location!!

Started out great as a first time donor here, wanted to donate for some extra money to get my wife a present for her birthday, but quickly ran into employees that obviously could care less about how well they do their job, and discovered after an hour and a half of wasted time and being rushed through a physical, that if you don’t get a perfect score on a quiz that I was also rushed through, they send you home, and you can “try again next time”. Bummer. Pretty disappointed. Guess your understanding of HIV is more important than never having come in contact with it, cuz that will effect the plasma you donate...

I had a great experience at this location. I interacted with 7+ staff members and they were all friendly, kind and professional. The facility was clean and nice. The actual donation went well. I was nervous when I had to leave and I saw it was dark outside, but they have huge lights in the parking lot to keep it very well lit. I had an A+ experience. I would definitely recommend plasma donation at this center!!

been coming here for years. this place just gets better and better in all ways to me. from being really clean and sterile. and giving out more money a month. great bonuses. I recommend this place all the time to people who want to help out and make a difference and make some cash doing it. and the staff here are very professional and friendly.

The employees are great & always have a positive attitude. The donation process is simple & easy. Ive been donating a year and a half & have had an overall a great experience.
