Excellent experience here for urgent next-day surgery. The staff communicated with us every step of the way from going over insurance info, fees (out of pocket), the procedure, and scheduling. Dana, the nurse who cared for me, was very patient and understanding and took the time to address all of my concerns. The anesthesiologist also took the time to answer all of our questions and to explain his part in my care. Dr. Mandel was also very up front about the procedure, prognosis and answered all of our questions. The entire staff made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.
I highly recommend this surgical center.
