If i could give negative stars i would. Horrible! Sitting in ER with my mom for 6 hours now. No one has come to check on us since our arrival. They know my mother is a diabetic and no offers fo even a glass of water!! Whoever is managing or running this place should be terminated. Poor time manavement, lack of care, and far too much gossip talk going on rather than work! Save your time and perhalps your life and go to CMC!

I was SO shocked how bad this beloved hospital went downhill...it is where I had my children, took my children if they were sick or hurt but when I went there recently (2017) I was appalled how DIRTY the entire ER was. The waiting room furniture was dirty, the floors throughout the waiting room and ER were filthy...and worse part they made you wait and wait for services. I felt like we were being held hostage. And you can't just walk out AMA, then your insurance won't cover anything, ( I think?!?) I was so ready to walk out half way through the testing and go to another local hospital! Understandable some companies don't have the funds to update but uncleanness in ANY business is just unacceptable, especially a medical facility. Shame on administrators/managers of MOSES for allowing this to happen !

working at moses was a nightmare. the staff was learning a new itt system and did not have the time for training. the supervisor ran the lab like a russian gulag and the phlebotomy new head put the house in disarray.the director was nice but overwhelmed by the supervisor. there was a lot of super ego competing however some of the senior staff members were nice. a flocking notice of defection appeared like flakes in a snowy day and the missing techs were never replaced therefore overworking was rampant and zero overtime allowed. after my leave i tried to collect what remain of the rui and they were reluctant to pay what you have paid off your state unemployment.,. the hospital CEO left and the hospital was sold and resold twice or more and nobody seemed like the deal. so, if you plan to work at moses, think twice before starting your journey.

My 5 year old daughter needed stitches and the care she received was phenomenal! Such a loving staff. Dr.Good, Natasha (nurse) and Bill (nurse) were fantastic. This was our 3rd time having to use the Emergency room here (very accident prone family) and I am so thankful for the hard work you all put in and the personalized attention we received. Thanks for making unfortunate circumstances, more bearable!!
