I would recommend Scranton Dental Center. Dr. Samuel J. Prisco is a great dentist. Luckily, I have not needed any dental work done, but I know I would be in good hands if I did. Karen is my hygienist and is really thorough. I ask a lot of questions since I really care about my dental health, and she's been extremely helpful. I got my cleaning and exam this week and my teeth feel great :)

My experience was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. The staff was very friendly. Dr. Prisco was very kind and informative and my hygienist "Jill" was very thorough and all around FABULOUS!☺️

I never fear going to the dentist at this office. Dr. Prisco is so kind and helpful and painless! Karen, the hygienist is great at cleaning my teeth.
Becky and Chrissy have been helpful in answering my questions.
Highly recommend this professional and caring staff.

From Melanie- Overall very positive experience! Karen is a great hygienist! I've been going to her for years. The doctors as well as the rest of the staff were all professional and very nice.

This place is very unprofessional and drama filled. The new girl at the desk has barely a clue what shes doing but then when she trips up she rolls her eyes and gives attitude instead of asking for help. If she rolled her eyes any harder they would fall out of her head. She was wearing pilates pants and snow boots (unprofessional). Plus she put most people on hold and talked completely different. And what I mean is talking nice on the phone then putting them on hold and talking about why their even calling to other coworkers. Then it states "No phones" yet the staff was watching loud videos of a baby laughing. Not professional and barely friendly. I wont even get into the cleaning. Lets just say the sighing and irritation was great with that woman. I would recommend going elsewhere.
