Holy cow this place is terrible! Worst customer service experience ever and the massage was also the worst I have ever had. They inexplicably cancelled my appointment that I had for months even after I confirmed it and then acted like they were doing me a favor by giving me only half of what I paid for (I bought a deal on Groupon). I left more tense than when I came in due to the awful experience. Please read the filtered reviews on Yelp as that tells the real story of this place. I am honestly flabbergasted they are still in business!

I picked this place based on multiple positive reviews on yelp. After my own review was filtered, I came to learn that many others had similar complaints, but had somehow all been filtered. 3 major complaints.
1) cat hair in everything - massage sheets, rainshower tub (eww!)
2) worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. And this is not just from a bad receptionist. The owner herself is quite standoffish and unaccomodating.
3) upscale prices
Save the disappointment. (And check out the filtered reviews on Yelp before wasting your time and money).
