My boys used to love biking up to Carolina's to get their super burritos. So one night suggested we go eat there. Big mistake! Rude help. Sloppily prepared plates. The food was lukewarm. I asked if we could order extra enchiladas for my boys and was told only if you buy 2 more plates. The food was mostly tasteless and poorly prepared

Between the rudeness of the help and the 20 minute wait to be given our orders we never went back there again. My neighbour, who grew up in OPs told me they also have a roach problem. That did it for me. If we want neighbourhood Mexican food, we go to El Novillero. At least there we get decent food and are treated courteously

It’s all right food seems a little bit dry but lime helps a lot. To get free chips head inside the chips are extra through the drive through. And the bathroom uses a token system.

This is my usual late night craving spot, as it's open late. On this particular occasion, I pull up behind someone and wait to order, after telling the senorita what I'm feeling, it's immediately apparent the idiot in the truck and trailer in front of me has no clue how to drive his American pickup through a Mexican drive through. Neither of which are important, other than his inability to operate an automobile. We had to apologize to the woman on the headset a few times, as Mr. Chevy up front kept forcing us to back up, and subsequently the poor unsuspecting patrons behind us had to as well. After sitting there watching him back up, pull forward, back up, and hit the curb with the trailer for probably more than ten minutes, his associate gets out of the passenger side, kicks him out, and with minimal maneuvering, gets the long bed, and rented U-haul attachment in place, and acquired their order. Probably ten minutes of my life I'll never be able to get back...
The cook went ham with that red sauce, did not care, everything got sauced, like Bam! Saucey.
10/10 would go again!

Extremely rude! We tried to order at the window but the car in front of us didn't pull forward all the way so we were about 10 feet from the speaker. Once the car moved we pulled forward and tried to order but the man inside was ignoring us. After waiting for quite a while we pulled up to the window and tried to order, there was not cars there and The man inside was sitting there reading. He was very rude and said he asked us 4 time, really he only did once, and we didn't answer so he turned off the speaker. We tried explaining to him that the car was too far back to even see the menu let alone order due to the car in front of us. He was still rude and demanded our order. At this point we just left. Never going back there again!

Extremely greasy food. It's like the chef doesn't care if the meat is soaked in oil and dumps it in the burritos. You can literally squeeze it like a rag and half fill a small cup with grease. Do not order the chicken burrito. Better yet drive down to immortales down the street they have a good quality chef.
