First and last here. The staff was rude and the food took for ever. I had the Chicken Fried Steak Burger ($11.99) and it took 45 minutes for the slothful food runner to bring the food. It wasn't bad but not worth it such a long wait.

HORRIBLE SERVICE DIDN'T EVEN GET TO MY TALBE BEFORE I HAD TO LEAVE !!!!
When I arrived I was told it was going to be 45 minutes for a talbe that was okay with me I gave my number and name and sat and waited to be called after 20-30 minutes the host called the party of 6 that arrived before me I place my name down right after this family. That family had stepped out and didn't come back into the restaurant until maybe 12-15 minutes after they where called. Mean while the hostess kept sitting party's of 2-5 down that are just walking in the door I was told before BJ didn't take reservations head of time when I called so I was very confused why we kept getting past and yes I was with a party of 5 and out of five, two being young children and it being close to 649 by now they were very hungry and impatient I was tying my best to stay calm so I asked the hostess how much longer it had been 45 minutes she gave me some kind of excuse about their daily operations how every table had just been seated and they're all in the middle of their meal mind you I didn't ask her that I just asked for an estimated time seeing that the time that she gave me already came and passed now back to the party of 6 they came back in 15min passed being called and they also had to wait another 15 minutes to be seated after having to complain to even be noticed that they had arrived. Also this family of six had to sit at a tiny table because at this time they already had gave away that families table to other familys that had just walked in the door PS passing me and my family up.
To top it off the host/ waitress rolled her eyes at me and my mother after we simply were asking for an updated time after waiting about an hour to even be seated I leafted I didn't even feel comfortable eating there anymore by then plus I'm 3 months pregnant and having all this happen plus it was my mother birthday it was to much for me we went to another restaurant and were seated in 5-10 minutes and had a great meal else where !!!!
I'm never going to this BJ's ever ever again !!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I come here I always go straight to the bar to order and get drinks fast. the food is better than the bjs in natomas and elk grove. The pirana ale beer is great on tap, they have the best jumbaliah and there steaks are really good. I'll say 4 stars because when I take people here and there is no seats at the bar the service is bad at the tables.

1 Star !! I ordered Two Grilled Chicken Alfredo and a B.L.T salad To Go. after showing up and waiting for over 20 mins my food was finally brought out to me.
It wasn't until I got back to my work that I realized that the noodles were very dry and cold Chicken Was Dry and Old, Broccoli was Cold as well and They for got the Garlic twist on both orders. Not to mention the B.L.T Salad Had No BACON!! After calling Asking for a refund manager insisted That I Come back and get it remade "fresh".
When I came back he added on desserts and ensured the order was correct. After seeing my name tag and seeing I worked near by, the manager, commented on the fact that at least I worked near by as if the inconvenience was any less. Food was Good afterwards. Definitely a noticeable difference compared to the first attempt. Would've been 5 stars if my experience would've been like that to begin with.
