As a mortgage lender for many years I have happily closed numerous loans with Cindy Viramontes at Placer Title. She is competent, efficient, knowledgeable, and accessible when I need her!

Title company never cleared title on my purchase. Now stuck with a lawsuit and no help at all from the title co.

Home closed a few weeks ago, but wanted to calm down before I posted a review but to put my experience with this office in one word: Terrible...some woman named Robin works there and might be the least intelligent person I have ever had the pleasure (or lack thereof) of meeting. Maggie, the actual escrow officer, came highly recommended but her assistant Robin is an idiot and that is the nicest thing I could possibly say about her. That being said, I learned quite about what goes on in title offices because I had to carry her to the finish line. My wife will be furious I left this, but I really thought so little of her lack of knowledge and work ethic. I always felt slighted when we spoke, just lazy and rude. Even my agent who said she had worked with them before and they were good was just floored at terrible of an experience it was. Whatever, love them home, but a lot of undue stress and new grays happened because of this place.
