Worst place to drug test. They dont know what they are doing. They take too long. Expect to be waiting over an hour. 2nd time coming here for drug testing. Horrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I called on two separate occasions to get info and was rushed and I didn't feel heard by the lady on the phone. She was insincere and kept repeating herself like reading off a paper for answers I wasn't even asking for. When dealing with a DNA test, I had several questions and the lady brushed me off and said, "Do you want to make an appointment or not?" All the while talking to her associate. Absolutely disrespectful and rude. Terrible experience!!!

Excellent customer service here. the tech was lovely. she explained thoroughly and compassionately what she was needing from me and was super kind and nice to talk with. i was seen quickly so the whole ordeal didnt even take 30 min i dont think.
