Very happy with everyone that works there. I'm already in love with the place. I would recommend to everyone. Caitlyn and Steph were very professional and kind. Thank you for making my day Seasons 52.

Let me preface this by saying I have worked as a waiter, bartender and bar manager for many years, and I am more than tolerant of things going wrong here and there. However, this visit to Seasons 52 at the Arden Fair Mall was one of the worst dining experiences ever. I could easily overlook one or two of the following incidents if they happened during the night, but there were way too many "incidents" lumped together for me to overlook.

1) The hostess led us to our both only to find out it was dirty. She wiped off the table while my husband took a napkin and wiped off the dirty seats. 2) The waiter talked extremely fast and stayed at our table too long taking about what he liked and didn't like ("I'm from the South, so I really don't like tomatoes. So if I give you one of these (makes a weird face), that means don't order that dish."). 3) The appetizer crab cake we ordered took a very long time to get to the table. The waiter even admitted it was taking way too long. When it came it was, well ehhh. 4) We ordered spinach salads, and a few minutes later we were told there was no more spinach. We ordered different salads. 5) Shortly after our crab cake arrived, a runner brought us two spinach salads. I guess we looked shocked because the waiter said, "Well, this is the type of place that can run out of something one minute, but have it back the next. I can see that spinach salad is back." 6) I asked for water then had to remind the waiter 10 minutes later when it did not come. 7) I ordered wine and had to to remind the waiter 15 minutes later when it didn't come. 8) Then the real waiting began. We waited, and waited and waited for our entrees. While I was in the restroom, the waiter came to tell us he was not sure what was taking so long. 9) We heard the manager apologizing or saying something to a group at the bar. She offered to buy them drinks. 10) My husband called over the manager (because our waiter was absent more than he was seen). We explained how poorly the evening had gone so far. 11) Ten minutes later she appeared with two plates saying, "I found them!" I guess they must have been "lost". 12) My husband asked for his dessert to go. But the waiter showed up with two ready to eat desserts and plopped them down on the table. 13) We both reminded him that we asked for the dessert TO GO. We paid for the dinner with a $100 gift certificate, and the manager said she would comp the rest of the bill. She also presented us with coupons for $100 worth of food and non-alcoholic beverages on our next visit. Sorry dear, there will not be a next visit. By the way........we were supposed to celebrate our anniversary.

This restaurant is gorgeous! Looks fancy but when I saw that the flatbed pizza combined with two glasses of premium wine was only $15,. I thought..what a deal!

The food was about 4 stars. I took off a star because it wasn't good enough to justify the price. And I took off another star because of the incessant up-selling. Even time she came to the table there was a sales pitch for something else. Our friend accidentally ordered a lobster tail because the waitress was doing her sales pitch so fast and our friend (not a native English speaker) was just saying yes to get her to go away. The food was pretty good (if a little too self important) but the price was too high and the constant up-selling was oppressive.

Seasons52 was a very excellent experience for my wife and I first visit. We will be back again. Food was cooked just right and our service (Feebee) was wonderful
