I was impressed with the friendly faces and welcoming atmosphere. My son was very comfortable and we look forward to our future visits.

Talked on the phone with Sharon? I believe that was her name. She was very rude over the phone just because I had to cancel an appointment with the office. I called days in advance before the appointment. So there was no need for the attitude she gave me. She has no customer training at all. A simple okay thank you for letting us know you will not be attending would of been fine but no she made me feel bad because I went with another place to receive care for my daughters braces.

I have to go to Confession. Taylor Orthodontics is my "Happy Place".
From the moment you enter the tastefully decorated waiting room, taking in the pleasant aroma, exchanging "hellos" with the very pleasant receptionist, your mind too, will be put at ease. Smiling, compassionate faces greet the patients at every turn. This is to say nothing of the professionalism which is Taylor Orthodontics. The ENTIRE staff is welcoming and reassuring. My girls enjoy their painless visits, evolving straight smiles, wooden tokens and contests. Me, I take in the smells, decor and sometimes enjoy a cup of coffee.

I have had 3 children get braces threw Taylor Orthodontics, and couldn't be happier. Dr. Taylor and his entire staff are super friendly and easy to work with. Dr. Taylor is very professional, and very meticulous about his work. You will be extreamly happy with the smile you walk away with.
