I have been choosing Spitale for almost two years now - everyone is so friendly from the moment you walk in to the time you leave! The salon is very clean with a chic atmosphere. Jasmine always leaves my hair looking AMAZING and Brittany makes my skin so soft and lashes on point!!! Jasmine also microbladed my eye brows and I was so nervous about how it would feel/look but she made the entire situation relaxing and comfortable for me on top of them looking fantastic!! I get so many compliments from my patients and coworkers about my hair, brows and lashes — Spitale is the place to be!

Stylist gave me hair color to chose from. When my hair was done it was a very dark brown and not blinf. She said it was her vision. I we t home and took that brown color out and redid my own hair. Her vision over exceeded my wants

This is my 2nd time getting laser hair removal done after about 6 years. I came back and traveled farther since their move because of their professionalism and expertise. I have been very pleased with my experience and have recommended Spitale Salon to others for hair removal.

I would Recommend Spitale for anyone looking for laser hair removal! Everything is explained thoroughly, the process is quick and easy, and the pricing is fair! And Chelsea is the absolute best. I feel very comfortable and would come back for all of my cosmetic help here!

I came to this salon to blow dry and style my hair for a Ball in late May. I am not from NY so I was relying very heavily on the salons reviews. I have very long, thick, curly hair and the stylist (whom I believe was the owner) did not do a good job blow drying my hair. I believe that he was not only rushing but was also overwhelmed by how much hair I have. He did not give me enough time to look at my hair or see how I liked it, I was quickly moved to the cashier. 5 minutes after leaving the salon and really looking at my hair - my roots were still wavy/curly and I could see full on curls still intact. When I went back to show them/ tell them it needed to be done again the stylist told me that my hair could not be properly blow dried because it is too "coarse". If he thought that he could not style my hair because he is not experienced in dealing with thick or curly hair he should have told me before he started or before i paid because I've paid less money at other salons that did way better jobs and did not insult or make my hair the problem. When I made this appointment i seriously considered asking what demographics they tend to serve and I definitely regretted not asking, especially after that experience. I believe that this salon is only equipped to handle the average Caucasian women's hair, so the further your hair diverts from that - I would not recommend this salon.
