The bread is good, but the pastries often don't taste fresh. Subs are sloppy and the management isn't very friendly. I know some people who used to work there and they said that it's very difficult to work for them. They are old fashioned and to be honest, just plain rude to their employees. The owner is impossible to please. They don't give them a weekly schedule. They will text them the day before asking if they can work. They also get mad if you say that you are unable to work the next day. I have heard that the employees are not very welcoming towards each other. They do the minimum to succeed. Very overpriced. One thing that is good are the cannolis.

Highly recommended! If you love good, filling food... BREAD... PASTRIES... and yes, ibwrote those in caps on purpose, then you'll be mad about this place. The portions are incredible for the money charged. The seating is kind of cramped but that takes nothing away from the experience. Excellent place!

I've never had a bad experience here. The subs are amazing and there customer is exceptional.

Easy to miss turn if you're speeding down on Lyell Avenue. If you pass the Wegman's traffic light westbound, you went too far. It's worth the drive for homemade type Italian biscottis & sweets. I

It's just the best. If you think Subway makes subs, try Martuciellos and see what a REAL sandwich is. This is a necessary stop every time I'm in Rochester.
