So our group of 9 adults and 8 kids, walk in on a Saturday. Its slow, employees standing around, not evening half full. The manager and host ask if we called for reservation(they don't reserve on sat.) But we say no, she says I won't be able to sit all of you, so we point out the open space with 2 table and 2 booths, if you can't sit us we can go else were. No no we can sit you. After sitting and looking at menu 15 minutes go by, no one comes over for drinks or order, so we wait another 5 at this point everone has decided what they want, and we decide to leave. As we are leaving the employees standing around are pointing, the manager apologize and says we are under staff and she will wait on us her self, we say no thanks. We call the friendly's on ridge, they say we don't take reservations, we'll see what we can do, We get there everything was great, no complaints. Take notes, never return again

Went here for lunch and the food and prices were good. The service was terrible. Asked for a cup of coffee and it took the server 15 minutes to get back. Mind you I was the only one in the restaurant at the time. She served my food and never saw her again only when she dropped off the receipt. I left a tip because I'm a good hearted person. If this is a friendly restaurant I hate to see what the opposite of this is like. This particular restaurant needs to train the staff on great customer service or replace them.

We haven't been to Friendly's for dinner & ice cream for several years so the menu has changed. We found the food to be rather salty, especially the french fries and even the hot dog. That was disappointing because the menu lists the calories of each item so you would expect they would be conscious of the salt content for health reasons. Our server was attentive and efficient. The ice cream desserts were very good!

I ordered online for pickup everything was correct and tasted good! Staff was very nice and we didn't have to wait at all! We went back a few days later and saw the same guy and got ice cream! Same great service! Shout out to John & Nate! Thank you!
