Other pharmacies refused to fill my out of state prescriptions -twice. CVS had no difficultly fulfilling my PA doctor's requests. And all in quick timing.

for 24 hours my husband had been deathly ill ,(vommitting and diarrhea) He could not hold down his cardiac meds and I called his doctor who just happened to be out of town. Finally the NP, ordered phenergan by mouth.
I spoke to the pharmacist(Andrew) to ask if he could expedite things and relay my concern over the route. He refused to help me get the prescription changed to facilitate the patients recovery. I had to recall the doctors office and beg the office staff to call the nurse practitioner again!
This lack of customer service coupled with the automatic "that ain't my job" attitude has me wanting to switch to any other pharmacy that could be more human in their approach dispensing !!!
