Good place where to do banking. The staff is friendly, but not very attentive with the Elderly. I don't know about other branches, but in this particular office their staff is not very personal with customers. They provide a good service overall.

Great customer service and options! The only thing I don't like is the online account updates. My last bank had real time updates to deposits and withdrawals. It takes days for my M&T transactions to post online. Makes bookkeeping that much harder.
