Absolutely fantastic service. I went with my roommate to set up a new account, and since my roommate is international and English isn't her first language, I acted as an interpreter half for my roommate and half for the bank advisor. The bank advisor was extremely patient with the both of us in working through the language barrier, taking extra time to make sure that we completely understood absolutely everything and that all of her information was correct. It was the best service I've ever had in a bank.

Not only are the employees slower than slow, but this is the rudest bank I have ever visit. First, last and only visit to this branch. Definitely a lot of room for improvement.
