Yoga vibe has authentic, well educated, and thoughtful teachers, and is clean and affordable, with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. So happy to have found this place after trying out many other studios in Rochester. The teachers create a safe and welcoming space for my practice, and lead an experience, not a workout (although you will sweat!). I would highly recommend giving this place a try.
