Excellent teachers and a wide variety of classes. Tru is a warm and welcoming studio with a great community, perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike.

Whatever expectations I've had Tru Yoga has certainly exceeded. All the classes have been great, with excellent instruction and the student atmosphere is welcoming. There are classes for everyone, whether it's intense workouts or slower with more emphasis on stretching and mindfulness.

I went to Tru because I heard the foundations class taught by Tisa is amazing... and it was. I took it over the summer and fell in love with yoga again. Looking forward to the heated yoga class this week.
