4 hours. That's how long of a wait my husband had. 4 hours. They lost his paperwork so they thought he was already being seen. Un-freakin-believable.

I cannot speak highly enough about Trillum or the help I've received from them over the last (almost) 2 years; whether it's care management, behavioral health, the clinic or the pharmacy The staff often go above and beyond to help., even when they're stretched. Trillum provides an excellent service to the community and to the trans and LGBT community.

Trillium has become a bit of a mixed bag. The aspirations remain high, but the delivery has faltered. The primary benefit of Trillium is that all facets of care can be handled in one building. The goal is a holistic approach to health, with all facets of care coordinating. That's not happening right now, and the problem is one of communication. Information doesn't flow well among pharmacy, front desk, clinic, and behavioral wellness. Sometimes it doesn't reach the patient either.
I have to say the staff are 5-star, though, especially the front desk. Every one whom I have met at Trillium is competent and caring.
