Strong Memorial Hospital provides excellent care for all their patients. The providers all work together to ensure that the patients and their families receive the best, most effective and efficient care they can. Rochester is truly blessed to have a hospital as great as Strong Memorial Hospital

If I could give it less I would. My daughter has been in the waiting room of the ER for almost 9 hours yes 9 hours and she has still not been seen. She is a college student and is far from home. The care the hospital, let me rephrase that the care she is not getting is atrocious. She has gone to the nurse and ask when she would be seen the response was your condition is not serious how do they know it's not serious if she has not been seen. They don't care for the patience. I guess they just want a pay check.
Worst Hospital ever.

I recently had surgery at Strong, and was blown away by the quality of care I received. The three nurses who I was assigned to
, Bonnie Maxine and Amy, were incredible. Not only were they kind and attentive, they were funny. No one wants a stick in the mud for a health care provider, and these ladies were great. We chatted like friends and they took care of me like one. They truly made my overnight stay as comfortable as possible. They didn't baby me and allowed me the freedom to take care of myself when I could. I couldn't find a way to write a review to their supervisors but I hope the get recognized for their efforts. Truly amazing ladies. 10/10

First of all, you have to understand a couple things. As citizens in this wonderful country of ours we are absolutely lucky to have such a thing as an ER. Secondly, if you find yourself in the ER and you aren't getting any "service" you have been obviously aren't in such a "code blue" situation as you think. These people are here to help citizens all over the area who are in a legitimate "emergency" where life and/ or limb are at risk for being lost, so they are the ones to judge who takes precedence. I recently completely shattered my leg below the knee, almost losing my leg if the slightest bit more of damage occurred. Finally on a miraculous road to recovery because of the surgeons, doctors, nurses at this absolutely terrific medical facility, known as Strong Memorial Hospital. So, if you feel you've been treated unfairly, you must be well enough to go somewhere else then.
