If I could give zero stars I would. When I first became a patient in this office along with my husband it was great. Doctors spent time with you and cared, the nurses and secretaries knew you personally. Since this office has been absorbed by Rochester Regional Health it has become a big joke. All Fresh staff and they are all ignorant jerks. There is zero communication between all staff members and you are just a number to them. I highly suggest never going to this office alone always bring an advocate with you. They could care less about what your health problem is and want you out within 15 minutes now. On top of that you can never get an appointment either, the past two times I have been sick I have had to go to urgent care due to the fact they couldn’t see me within less than a weeks time frame. My husband who has now been suffering from an unknown medical condition for the past 2 and half months has been continually neglected by this office and that last time we were there we were told by dr dar herself “ I don’t know what to tell you”. He was also told by dr otoole “ it’s in your head”. Upon trying To get paperwork filled out to protect his employment during his illness this office has made every excuse possible to not fill it out and have been in talks with them for the past three days with a new story each time as to why they can’t fill it out and now he risks losing his job over their ignorance. Before deciding to make this office your primary care take the time to look elsewhere this office is not what it use to be and they no longer care about their patients.

Let me start by saying that I’ve held off from saying anything because I really wanted to give this office a try to steer in the right direction . dr Hayden is a great doctor but the staff around her is failing her . It shouldn’t take weeks to see a doctor especially if you are suffering . I’ve been tossed around from specialist to specialist and by far the worst experience has to be this office . I shouldn’t feel like I won’t be cared for when I step in to a doctors office I should feel the opposite . I will be switching primaries because people should be treated better than this. Doctors have an oath to uphold and the last few months of these visits I’ve had have showed me the only oath they care about is the almighty dollar. I’m honestly left without hope because of the medical field and the main culprit the catalyst is this doctors office

Called this morning 08/29/17 sick as a dog. Was told they had no appointments until next Friday. Then wasn't told that a nurse would call me back. When nurse finally called back she asked my symptoms and said she would get back to me. She returned my call at 5:30 and told me to go to Urgent Care. After I basically told her off and hung up on her, she called me back and told me the doctor could see me on Thursday. What doctors office doesn't allow time for their sick patients? Looking for a new doctor in the morning.

Complete dump. Understaffed they just want a co-pay to make referrals. Appointments are meaningless you wait over an hour to get told to see another doctor at another practice and then get a bill. AVOID!

Didn't even step foot in the door and had a horrible experience. I called to make an appointment and from the moment the receptionist picked up the phone she sounded irritated. I get people have a bad day but c'mon. I informed her I'd like to come in for a yearly check up and I needed a new doctor I went to see Dr. Sonia Dar well apparently if you don't need any medical help or have any health problem she's the doctor for you but if your not feeling good and actually need a doctor DON'T go here and see her. She is very judgmental and looks down on you , does not care about anything ( I think maybe her perfect appearance is the only thing this doctor cares about ) - This doctor is in the wrong profession - Sit on your pedestal and judge - THIS IS VERY SAD!!!!!!
