hate this place! will make appointments (so they can bill your insurance)only to sent you to specialist to be billed again. doctors will weight their personal beliefs on whether you should have birth control etc. will not refill prescription unless you see them (scam) don't record co pay payments. never return calls

Great nurses, aides and doctors. Love this office.

The call center is the WORST I have ever had to deal with! Not only is your wait times long, they are rude and not helpful when they do answer. It has been this way for years, since they started using a call center. I have complained several times before but it fell onto deaft ears! I am considering changing doctor/office! I don't appreciate having to "kiss a**" to make an appointment!

It is a very good doctor office for all family members. The doctors take their time with you to see why you are not feeling well. They are patient for you to talk to them and for you to ask questions if you don't understand something. They have a lab for you to get blood work done. They also have a pharmacy on site. I have been going there for 11 years. The receptionist are friendly and courteous.

If I didn't love Dr. David Holub so much I wouldn't have even given one star. Dr. Holub is the only reason my son and I stayed at that practice for 16 months. He knows how to make new parents feel not only better but that they're doing a good job, he has a great attitude, -and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately I don't see him that often and I end up seeing the nurse practitioners who are sweet enough but may not be the most qualified to be taking care of... anyone, let alone my son. At my last sons booster shot the nurse didn't even know that he was behind one of the shots and came walking in prepared to give him a totally different set of booster shots that were appropriate. Thank God I'm an aware enough parent and know what shots we're supposed to be given that day so I could correct her. On top of that since the office had switched the manufacture of the specific shot my son was behind in she sat there in the office reading the instruction manual on the appropriate and safe way to give my son the shot/ potential he dangerous virus Again very Nice woman but she answered all of my medical questions/concerns with "my grandson's doing that too/has that too- it's fine". That's great!?!? But what exactly does the MEDICAL community say!??? Several other competency issues took place as well but today I called the office as My son has had severe diarrhea for about six- seven days straight right now Plus he is about a month late on his next set of booster shots however when I called the secretary had no idea that my son was over due for his shots and couldn't even get him in for his diarrhea for another three day!! I asked to speak to a nurse practitioner and was told someone would call me right back- five hours later the office closed and no one contacted me. This is absolutely not the way to be medically treating our children!
