I had a great experience at Rochester Eye and Laser. Staff were friendly, my care was informed and clear, and I felt well cared for in regards to my eye concerns. The wait time was a little excessive, but this is to be expected of any doctor or clinical setting in high demand, and should be considered an investment in your health. In addition, Sherry (who helped me with frames and lenses) was enthusiastic, a pleasure to work with, and did an excellent job of educating me on the values of the different options I had at my disposal. Thank you all!

Everyone that works there is friendly and professional. I had surgery and other appointments there and they're been timely. Everything has happened exactly as they described; they have systems and routines in place where everything happens as expected. I highly recommend these professionals.

I had a pretty good experience at this place. My appointment didn't take long very long and when I needed a copy of my glasses prescription they were nice and told me that I could pick it up at my convenience or have it mailed to me which I found great. The staff was nice and kind.
