Got all 4 of my wisdom teeth out on Monday. I Was sooo scared, for no reason! Dr. El-Halaby was amazing, & Angela was super sweet!! I was in the office for maybe an hour, and by the time I got home (2 hr drive), my cheeks weren’t even swollen anymore 😮. This place is the BEST!!!

I LOVE Reda! She is gentle with my teeth (which are extremely sensitive) and so professional. She is so knowledgeable; she always gives me good advice. Thank you!

I did not appreciate the person I spoke with on the phone trying to down play the pain I was feeling after having 4 teeth extracted. I don't think it was appropriate for her to try to give me advice being that she was not a medical professional. Other than that I really do like this place everyone is nice even the lady who offered her personal opinion was only trying to help. That's just not what you want to hear after your face has been throbbing in rhythm with your heart for hours. Also I would have liked some more direction about what to do when I got home.

Just "transferred" here from another WNY Dental since I moved and I had a great first experience! They had no issues in dealing with my new information and the transition was easy. I felt like I got great service and care, and I felt appreciated as a patient.

Please DO NOT COME HERE. Worst service. Not only the treatment but also office staff. They try to ask you do more stuff than you need and bill your insurance. Very rude staff in billing department.
