Worst bedside manner ever. Asked numerous times after I already had an iv in, all my piercings out, had a pregnancy test and signed my name numerous times expressing consent if I wanted the procedure still as if it were the wrong decision and caused me to have a panic attack. If I were going to change my mind I would have done it already and not come in to the appointment in the first place. Then she refused to do said procedure and called the cops because I was still there crying and upset. It takes a lot for some of us to do uncomfortable things for our health the Dr should be there to help you not send you home to suffer with no treatment.

Horrible bed side manner. Rude and unsympathetic twords her patients. If you are referred to this doctor do yourself a favor and go to someone else.

I have had two outstanding experiences (3 years apart) with Dr. Speranza and the staff at the U of R Medical Center on Sawgrass. Dr. Speranza is fabulous - besides being a great doctor, she is warm and friendly. I can't say enough about the staff at the medical center - they took great care of me from the moment I arrived until I was discharged. If I could rate them 10 stars I would!

Ich bin von einer Dr. Jenny auf Deutsch und Englisch kontaktiert worden und auf den Betrug hereingefallen. Die Betrüger nützen auch gefakte Paypal-Nachrichten. I was tricked by "Dr. Jenny" (Fake) in German and English to send valuable watches to "a friend" in Nigeria. The fraud included fake Paypal Messages. It all looked real. Please be aware!

In all of my appointment I have had to wait more than an hour from my schedule time to be seen. This is unacceptable. When I need help staff that calls or write back are not helpful and not sympathetic at all.
