We attended H&S for six years before moving out of Rochester. At H&S we had a unique experience of being with an intimate church family that was multi-socioeconomic, multi-cultural, multiethnic, and multigenerational. We were never pushed to further our involvement, but were still given opportunities to lead in various capacities. The personal relationships we developed were and are the most meaningful about our time there. We also developed a love for the city and experience in caring for it one block at a time. If you would like to join a small band of believers who want to be radically changed by the gospel and make a difference in a small underserved urban community, H&S is the place for you.

Feels like a family more than anything else. Wonderful place to serve, be challenged in my faith, and connect with others.
