This has been our vet for 3 generations. The staff here treats your pets like they are their own. It is always clean and they always get me in on the same day I call.

So impressed with the level of care and attentiveness. Both the vet techs and the Dr. were so thorough in assessing what was wrong with my fur baby. My regular vet couldn't see me this day and I was desperate to get my dog into see someone, as he was suffering from what was later diagnosed as a spinal injury. Couldn't be more grateful for all they did for him, and will be continuing to take him here as my regular vet. Reasonable office visit cost, and only did what was necessary. Thank you Victoria animal hospital!

They killed my dog. Healthy four year old German shepherd getting spayed and I brought her home and she was dead within hours. And they still charged me. So cold and heartless, they said oh sorry that happens sometimes.
Been going there since 2005, then the doctor retired and now incompetent aholes work there and they suck. Front desk is a heartless bicth. Back office girls are wonderful.
If you love your pets go somewhere else.

I've been taking my dogs here since 2000. They are the most caring and compassionate staff. Dr. Robinson walked with me through the life of my two Golden Retrievers, and was always so kind and patient with any question or concern I had. When it was time to say goodbye to them, Dr. Robinson gave them a comfortable and loving exit.
Today I have 2 Norwich Terriers and Dr. Heil cares for them as if they were her own dogs.
I would highly recommend Victoria Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a Vet that treats their pets like family.
