If you are at UCR it is probably one of your good options if you don't want to go far or you are tired of eating subway everyday.(the sushi photos were for sushi by panda that google map decided to merge it with panda! Now that place name is hibachi san and still has suahi and poke bowl and it is very close to this panda. Actually I like hibachi san food better than panda)

The only Panda Express I know of in the IE that serves eggplant tofu, which is vegan friendly.

Definitely try and get a reservation beforehand. The waiting area is incredibly small as you are literally standing in front of other diners when there's already hardly any space for the host area. We walked into a full restaurant with two couples without reservation already waiting when a lady tried to do a walk in for 11. We all know that's not happening at 7pm on a weekend.
