3 months before Eco Clinic opened I received a visit at my business from Dr. Gilberto Gutierrez and his wife Lourdes. They knew about my construction, remodeling skills and asked me for help on the numerous repairs this building needed. They hired me and for a month I removed popcorn ceiling and vintage wall paper from 12 rooms. In addition, I placed numerous rodent traps since the place was infested with rats, and replaced numerous areas were molding had damaged the dry wall. I also sealed the roof with Henry's as there were numerous leaks, removed the infested insulation in the crawl space and replaced it with all new. patched and sanded many areas of the ceilings inside. The place was ready for paint and on a Monday I returned only to find out they had replaced all the door locks. Mr. Gutierrez had given me a check as payment for half o the work and immediately placed a stop payment on it. Then, they proceeded to hire a few guys outside Home Depot and paid them $500 to paint the place. To make things worse, while sleeping there I contracted West Nile and meningitis of the brain. I lost my business, home, and most of my belongings due to the after math of the disease. Up to date they have ignored my plea for help and have refused to pay me for the job. The job totaled the amount of almost 10,000.00 with materials. I don't understand how this people get away with their intentional criminal acts. This people reject God and curse him constantly. Their idol is Marilyn Manson and may God strike me dead if any of my words aren't true. Is up to you if you want to continue helping to this type of corruption, this is America not a county where there is no freedom of speech and people can get away with anything and everything.
