Absolutely horrible!!!!! We've been coming here years, It's been about 4 years and it's gotten bad here. Before the employees were amazing so professional & extremly friendly. Now they're so unprofessional& rude. The lady Maria has attitude when you have questions. They pay no attention to you when you walk up to the counter and just continued to gossip. Multiple times they would talk in Spanish talking about costumers when they would leave or while sitting in the waiting room. People do understand Spanish and it's extremely rude to do that to someone. We waited over an hour until we were finally taken back. Horrible, After this visit we'll be changing to another office. Costumer service is the key to a successful company and location. They need to bring back the old stuff members.

Went there for a 10:00am appointment, was brought back to a room at 10:30, still nobody had seen my by 11:00. The dentist finally came in (different dentist than I normally see and nobody bothered to inform me I'd be seeing someone else) and reviewed X-rays with me that were taken at a previous visit. She proceeded to tell me what I would need to have done before even looking in my mouth. Her plan differed significantly from my regular dentist. She sent the finance person in to talk to me. Finally it's 11:30 and I asked to leave. Nobody had even bothered to look in my mouth! Not one person even offered an apology for the fact that I had been waiting for over an hour and was leaving my appointment with NOTHING done. I'm a healthcare professional myself and would never treat people with such disrespect.

Don't Go there Desiree The office Manager is RUDE and disrespectful. I went in at 11:09 am and left at 1:41 pm and had only Xrays done POOR office management. Save yourself from this total disappointment DON'T GO THERE FIND ANOTHER DENTIST!!!!!

At first I had a good experience with them, I had a broken tooth and they were able to see me within an hour on a Saturday. But in subsequent visits I would see a different dentist each time and they always seemed to be trying to convince me to get procedures that I didn't really need. My last visit I was there for two hours just for a regular cleaning. The dentist ended up doing the cleaning and he was not very thorough (another dentist 3 months later found spots that they missed). The dentist also tried to tell me that I needed to replace all of my fillings because they were more than 10 years old. At that point I had enough and found a new dentisr.

Awful don't ever go. They have no idea what they're doing. I've had a huge credit mess because they were mixing me up with someone else, couldn't get a straight answer--first they told me I didn't owe anything. Then I started getting calls and letters from debit collectors. Called back and they told me basically just to pay and that I did in fact owe money. Super frustrating and stressful. I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE.
