Haircut was average. Nothing special. Kim absolutely butchered my face though. Asked to just clean up some stray hairs on my beard in addition to the haircut. Cut the hair on one side of my face totally off my cheeks, almost below my jawline. Left the hair on the other cheek. Broke out with a really bad rash on the front and back of my neck also. I'll never go back.

New to the area and I was looking for a quality east side place for a professional haircut...and I found Razors of Richmond--thankfully. Kim did a a great job and I received the best haircut I have had in years. The vibe is relaxed yet professional---and the interior is well designed. I have found my new local barber.
