Purify is the best! What more could a gal ask for? Great signage, a clean, bright, welcoming front lobby (at both locations, I'll add!), sweet staff to greet, engage, & educate you, and a sauna experience like no other. I've never been in to the post-gym sauna session, (or saunas at all, honestly) but, I decided to take a whack at the "infrared sauna experience." I've been hooked ever since I visited Purify for the first time when it opened on Patterson. I look forward to my sweat-sesh each time I go, and find myself thinking & talking about how amazing it was to everyone I know for hours/days after. Do yourself a favor and go SWEAT!!!! I feel like a million bucks when I leave, every single time-- even if I'm soaked in sweat (that's the point, right?!). Thanks, Purify!

Great! Definitely got my sweat on. More alert after a sugar and fat fest yesterday. And bonus, I could almost go without makeup at the moment. Great for acneic skin.

This is a wonderful place to detox, sweat it out and relax by yourself. Besides relaxation, I can see this being very beneficial for many: athletes recovering from workouts, stress relief, people with health issues or chronic pain, I would also recommend this place. Ultra clean, and ultra friendly staff at both locations (Patterson and Short Pump - I've been to both). Their website is clean, informative and most importantly useful - all you have to do is click the "Book an Appointment" link at the top of the page to set the time that you want to go. At both locations I was greeted by friendly staff and shown to my personal infrared sauna room - full of clean towels, and other items to make my experience very enjoyable. When it comes to gyms or saunas, I'm big on cleanliness, and this place was extremely clean from top-to-bottom - I love that. The rooms have white noise machines in them, so you feel like you have the place completely to yourself once you're inside. Both times I sat in the Sauna for 40 minutes while listening to an audio book through my cell phone headphones, closed my eyes and was in total relaxation. I felt great after such a good sweat and relaxing experience. I'm intentional about recommending places that provide a great experience, and I plan to recommend this place to many.

What an awesome experience!
Left Purify feeling so relaxed..
My skin felt smooth and rejuvenated.
I truly felt that my body got rid of a lot of toxins in just one visit.
Highly recommend!
