Worst experience. The moment I came in I saw a little girl run to the car and put her hand in the food. The service is horrible. The staff can hardly speak english. Never again

Went here after they was supposed to be open the doors was locked and dark inside really wish i would have been able to try the food

I drove down to visit family in Richmond and ate at this restaurant. I mistakenly left my jacket and have been unable to reach anyone by phone. For some reason their mailbox is full and they don't answer their listed phone number. The food was good but the customer service and contact information will keep me from visiting this place in Midlothian. The grill on Broad Street has better customer service and is owned by a different company.

The worst. Cold food and they act like the can't understand English. Poor customer service. Don't waste your money go to Golden Corral.

This place used to be good, a few years ago. Don't let the overall score sway you, it is terrible now. They are never busy, so the food just sits. They never stir or switch the food out, once I saw a lady pouring water in everything. yeah. flavorful water. The sushi used to be diverse and good, now they have 2 different kinds if you are lucky. The place in general is in disrepair. Carpets are nasty, the booths have holes, wall paint peeling. If this is the image they present to the customer, imagine what that nasty kitchen must look like. In general, just don't eat here.
