Very friendly. Couldn't find what I wanted on the menu. Extremely helpful. It wasn't visible on the menu but she was able to help me order exactly what I wanted

You get the same thing as in a Mexican restaurant and it taste better and at a lesser price

My opinions reflect every taco Bell in the Richmond Va area I have used, and I'm aiming my review at taco Bell corporate.
I started using taco Bell some time around 1989, not sure. But anyway back in the day TB was a new option for the tired of burgers crowd. The price was great, the food was a good size, and I loved it. TB today still has the good food part right, but the price has gone way up, and the size of especially Tacos has gotten rediculously small. I just bought a 10 pack of tacos for $13, that we're paper thin, and I ate my taco record of all 10 because they were nothing but shell and a teaspoon only of anything else. So to taco Bell corporate, don't blow it. Don't raise the price, and lower the size, that's a game over combination for long time customers.
