I started going here in July and it was great. But it started to go downhill and quickly. Yesterday was the last day I will ever go there. First of all the quality of the veggies diminished. The customer service is absolutely horrible. They all seem miserable and annoyed. But the thing that bothers me the most is the way they don't stay in their stations and they touch everything from meat to veggies to the toaster and other non-food items. If I ask for a veggie delight why would you touch meat then touch my bread and veggies with the same unchanged gloves? It's gross and they are unfriendly.

Service is painfully slow.
They very oddly have the 'Sub of the Day' sign inverted on their menu board (why you would have a sign intentionally reversed is beyond me).

This shop used to be in the cafeteria, but because the cafeteria is now being renovated (Fall 2015) the shop is now a little kiosk in the passage way between Main Hospital and Critical Care Hospital. They still offer all the sandwiches and even offer them toasted. Drinks are limited to bottled drinks, no fountain. And There are no cookies at this time. Lines tend to be long at lunch since they have a limited work space and aren't as quick as they used to be.
