Not the best, but not the worst. Manager did what she could to make it right.
I ordered a Ultimate Cheesy Pizza, they ran out of the cheese or crust or something for it, and someone was suppose to call and ask if a Stuffed crust was okay, Had they called, it would have been. They didn't and now I got a old tasting stuff crust. I do not normally call and complain, but between being the wrong Pizza and not being hot and fresh, I called, spoke to whom ever answered the phone, they were going to do a remake and it would be 2 to 2.5 hours for redelivery. I said fine.
Less than 5 minutes later the Manager called and asked about the remake and why, I explained it to her, that is when she let me know they were out of what ever they were out of. I said well the remake Doesn't sound like I will end up with the Pizza I wanted, and she apologized - and said someone should have called and let me know they were out of whatever... I said it was fine, she offered to give me a credit for my next pizza... Long story a little shorter, we settled and I am satisfied with the outcome, she made it right by me. Couldn't give 5 stars as the order was "incorrect" and not as fresh as I would expect. But did give 3 due to the Manager and workers being very nice and fixing a mistake. 3 stars is higher than the current average for the store which is at 2.2.

Don't eat here if you have other plans. Walked in placed an order at 6:15. Its now 7:36 and I got my pizza but my cookies are going to be another 15 minute wait. And they keep telling me it's coming right out. Will definitely be going to little Cesar's from now on

After placing my order at 6:58 and it's now 8:43 (i Still don't have my food) I called to find out where it's at and the lady who I talked to so rudely said that there's a 3 hour wait time and the pretty much yell the reason why was because they are busy. What kind of pizza place is so busy that it takes 3 hours! I'm so done with ordering pizza at this pizza hut rude people. Plus this is the second time I order from here and got my pizza over an hour and half late.

Food was good, service wasn't bad, however the files stole the show. I asked the waitress about the fiies, as to why were there so many of them, she replied, " Maybe they like the sun" my response to her was no I think it's more than the files. Can you wipe the table off. She complied . I feel she should have asked, if I would like to have sit some place else.

Busy place ! Great staff, works in harmony. Crowded. Not one single trash can but very clean ! Did I mention great people work there ?❤❤
