Place order online. Scheduled to pick up at 1:15 A.M.. Arrived at 1:10A.M.. Order wasn't Ready until 1:30. Ordered a cheese steak sandwich ( key word CHEESE) with a side of hasbrowns with cheese on top ( once again the key word is CHEESE). So not only was it late there was no CHEESE! Is it just me or am I the only one that wants cheese on my cheese steak. Guess that's why we work at ihop. Won't make this mistake again.

This place is out of control! Soon as I walk in the door people was leaving complaining about the service. There was people mad at the register for being charged the wrong meal. Took 45 mins to be seated. A waiter ran into a customer with food. Another customer was arguing with the manager about being over charged. I'll never come back here again! All This happen throughout the duration I was there. This place does not even deserves one star. Awful.

Didn’t really have an experience...after waiting in the lobby for 5 min, some lady from the back came out and said there was only one cook and one server who was “slammed “ with 3 tables. Needless to say, when the staff suggests you leave, you leave. Good thing these people aren’t landing planes at RIC.

I can not review the food because we waited alone in the lobby (no front host) for 4 mins and 42 seconds on a Friday morning (they were not busy and I seriously timed it). More than one server walked by with and without food for tables and did not greet us The nice man with the mop bucket said "hello" on his way to the bathrooms. We decided to walk over to McDonald's for breakfast.

We had a huge party (17 of us) and there wasn't enough room to seat us all together. Anthony had a great idea of breaking us up into smaller groups so we'd be seated quicker and could all eat together. There was also another large party behind us, so the lobby was PACKED. Anthony was calm, professional, friendly and undeterred by the chaos. We were seated quickly and our wait staff was great. BIG high five to Anthony and the folks here!
