Early mornings and afternoons, are not bad. The evening to late night crew/shift, don't do it. They don't care about if or not your food is fresh and or is old. The front crew and cooks are always using vulgar language, and doesn't care if little children are in the store. The evening crew doesn't wash their hands after cleaning the lobby, and yet will fix your food. No, with all caps, NO NO NO!!

I gave the cashier 10.57 my order was only 5.57 she gave me no money back when I walk in to get my money back she act as if she did not know who I was I spend 5 minutes going back and fourth over hard money I work for!

Food here is standard BK fare, pretty good, but service here is not good. Manager/owner would benefit everyone by having higher standards of customer service.
