The pizza is incredible. I normally prefer thin crust pizza, but their deep dish style is amazing. The Meat Master is my go to here.

Ugh! I used to love Bottoms Up. They have been around for decades, and they have definitely earned their spot in the Richmond restaurant lexicon...however, the last few times the quality of my pizza has gone down. I won't count them out, I have to give them another chance.
The staff has always been friendly, and the place is always clean. I'm hoping that I've just come on some off nights.

Pizza was pretty good, very thick crust. Mediterranean salad was delish. Issue is the service. Our waiter, Phillipe, disappeared for a minimum of 20 minutes, had missing items from orders - such as 1 of our 2 pizzas, not a single offer to refill a drink, and many other waiters standing around.
Disappointed because the food wasn't bad. Just the service!

It was good. Bread/crust was different. It was like a thick wonder bread with a crispy bottom. Not sure how I felt about it at first. Toppings and sauce were good though and made up for it.

Pizza was Delicious, crust was amazing with quality ingredients. Beer was nice and cold! I sat on the patio and enjoyed the nice weather and cool views of the trains and Interstate criss crossing above me.
