Other businesses and law firms as well. SunTrust is just the main tenant in the building. Building security isn't the best trained.

Worst customer service experience that I have ever had. I would give them zero stars if it were possible. I was hung up on several times on purpose. They refused to fix my problem. Def leaving them as an institution.

I have been with this bank for many years and now very disappointed. They charged an NSF fee of $36 because the transaction was off $1. I thought that by speaking the clerk they would waive the NSF fee since I've been with them so long, but they would not. Hard to believe this would happen with other banks.
