Just recently, I was investigating health insurance possibilities. I made contact through the internet and Dave was at my door almost immediately. That impressed me right off since I could tell first hand that his interest was primarily in my needs. He laid out for me my options very clearly, left me knowing the field, and how best to get the most out of my choices. Even though, my inquiry was not feasible, David continued to answer my questions and gave me all the time I needed to understand the field. He did that with no expectations for his own personal gain. I have found my insurance man for the future for any questions and needs I have in the area of health insurance.

I have had the experience of working with David on a project together. It has been a delight to get to know him. I value his ideas and suggestions on how to be prepared in my coming retirement years dealing with insurance planning. It is nice to know there is still "great customer service" offered by other businesses out there like mine. I have found that with David. Thanks.

David took the time to listen to what I needed in insurance. I just moved back home to Virginia and I needed coverage that was affordable and realistic. David asked me about my needs without trying to sell me superfluous coverage. I appreciate the care and precision he offered while helping me choose a plan that fit my needs.

Had it not been for David with Rhino Insurance Agency, I don't know how I would have navigated through the maze of paperwork and non- functioning websites. I am truly thankful I found him. He is efficient and knowledgeable about current healthcare legislation and the options available. David is supremely capable and I feel completely comfortable with him, I recommend him very highly.
