I know Tom must have many clients, but he always keeps us informed about what is the best plan and policy for our medical needs. We are very thankful that Tom is our Medicare planner. I have no idea how someone could be assured of having the best medical insurance without a caring planner like Tom.

If I could give ZERO stars to Tom and his so called "business", I would. I worked for Tom for about a month after moving to Richmond and have never been subjected to, or witnessed, such abuse as i did there. The moment I stood up and asked him very calmly and respectfully to stop yelling at me for a negative review someone posted about him and MMP on Facebook (he then asked me to disable reviews because he had 3 of them!), he turned into a monster. I was never trained on Medicare, was witness to countless verbally abusive tirades directed at Tom's wife, and worked in an office that should have been on an episode of Hoarders. If you would like to support a man who actively discriminates agains members of the Richmond LGBTQ community, is abusive to his employees and his disabled wife, by all means please do so. The way he stores client information on the office computers allow for anyone to access private information on every client he has had over the past 25 years. Do yourself a favor and get assistance from a state regulated department who protects your personal information and does not collect commission from the insurance companies. He is a con man and a bully who threatens and intimidates those who stand up to him.

I have know Tom Chamouris for almost 3 years. Worked with him and have seen him teach at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at the University of Richmond. I have never seen such a knowledgeable individual who knows so much about the Medicare Enrollment process. He was thorough, understanding and was able to answer all sorts of complicated issues the participant had for him. Tom is truly the most knowledgeable resource in the field of Medicare and cares about getting the best for his clients.

Tom has always been extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping us to make our medicare choices. His recommendations are based on your medical needs and prescriptions, rather than some *magic formula*; therefore, each individual gets what's right for his or her needs. It makes the yearly medicare open enrollment window a breeze!

Tom was a great help when I first signed up for Medicare. But my third year I could not get him on the phone and had to find an insurance on my own. I'll use another agent next year
