I have stayed in this hotel a few times. The shuttle to the airport and back to the hotel always was on time to pick you up. Only minutes to the airport where you are dropped off right in front of the main terminal. The rooms were nice and very clean. The employees was friendly and very helpful.

This is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. It should be a motel. The elevator is old and outdated. It is not up to code. The walls and vents have mold on them. There were ants everywhere in our room including the BED! After we told the front desk the just moved us to a new room the toilet in the new room did not flush. We were so uncomfortable we couldn’t take our shoes off or shower. If I could give this motel 0 stars I would.

The hotel was really nice! Very close to the airport and the Richmond convention center. Rooms were nice and there was a live music event for free.

This hotel is literally across the street from the airport. It provides comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Each room also has a refrigerator on the floor toward the window and next to the desk. This is a hotel that you don't want to spend time hanging out in, just sleeping. On Friday nights, it becomes crazy popular for the live music in the bar. Park before 7 or after 10:30 pm, because all the parking will be snagged in between (live music time).

Terrible just terrible doesn't deserve the burden of being in the same sentence as this hotel. As a family, we stayed in 5 different rooms. Each room had its own individual problem that ultimately made for an unbearable hotel experience. Mold was steadily climbing the walls of the shower as if it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The front desk was absolutely clueless of any responsibilities that must be tackled, and neither did they care. To cap it all off, there were blood stains on the covers that probably came from the murder of any good expectations for this hotel. Worst of all, the payment situation was absolute confusion, and the effort to fix it was minimal. I rated this one star with the burden on my conscience that this score wasn't low enough. If I had the oppurtunity to give this hotel a negative rating, I would surely do so. I would not suggest this hotel to any person seeking a pleasurable living experience.
